As a participant of The Owl Job I acknowledge the following:
I am over the age of 18 years or if under 18, I am accompanied by a parent or guardian that is over 18.
I understand The Owl Job is not liable in the unlikely event of any injuries sustained during the game. All reasonable precautions have been taken and I agree to a follow the safety rules: no running, no climbing on furniture or moving the furniture, no crawling on the ground, and players must wear close-toed shoes.
I understand that nothing needs to be forced open or destroyed during the game and I assume liability for any damages to the venue or equipment.
There is a camera and microphone in the room. This is purely for monitoring and safety purposes and I understand I will never be recorded without my knowledge or consent.
